This innovative recipe will transport you to tropical shores of exotic flavours, proving that fun isn’t just for alcoholic drinks. Here’s how to make this refreshing mocktail at home:
Ingredients non-alcoholic pina colada
- 60 ml Vintense “Terra Australis” (or Cépage Sauvignon)
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 20 ml homemade coconut syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
Instructions (Watch video)
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker.
- Top up with a handful of crushed ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass and add the crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
*For the coconut syrup: First make a rich simple syrup by dissolving 2 parts sugar in 1 part water. Then combine 1 part rich simple syrup with 1 part unsweetened coconut milk. Whisk to combine well. Don’t forget to shake the bottle before use.
