Ingredients (Lyre’s version) :
- 75 ml Vintense Les Galets (or Cépages Merlot)
- 20 ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz
- 10 ml simple syrup (1 part sugar dissolved in 1 part water)
- 1 orange wheel
- 1 wheel of lemon
Ingredients (Classic version) :
- 90 ml Vintense Les Galets (or Cépages Merlot)
- 15 ml simple syrup (1 part sugar dissolved in 1 part water)
- 1 orange wheel
- 1 wheel of lemon
Recipe for alcohol-free Cobbler :
- Add all the ingredients to the shaker
- Juice the citrus fruits
- Shake with ice
- Fill a glass with crushed ice
- Finely strain the drink into the glass and add ice if necessary.
- Garnish with mint, berries and orange peel
- Sprinkle with caster sugar.
