Ingredients (Lyre’s version) :

• 75 ml Vintense Les Galets (or Cépages Merlot)
• 20 ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz
• 10 ml simple syrup (1 part sugar dissolved in 1 part water)
• 1 orange wheel
• 1 wheel of lemon

Ingredients (Classic version) :

• 90 ml Vintense Les Galets (or Cépages Merlot)
• 15 ml simple syrup (1 part sugar dissolved in 1 part water)
• 1 orange wheel
• 1 wheel of lemon

Recipe for alcohol-free Cobbler :

• Add all the ingredients to the shaker
• Juice the citrus fruits
• Shake with ice
• Fill a glass with crushed ice
• Finely strain the drink into the glass and add ice if necessary.
• Garnish with mint, berries and orange peel
• Sprinkle with caster sugar.
